Defining A Risk
The following is a list of generic
sub categories of known and predictable project risks. Clicking on one
of the links below will lead you to a page that will help you to identify
your risks. Each identified type of risk and several of the questions are
resused from Roger Pressman's book "Software Engineering: A Practitioner's
Approach, 5th edition". If you answer "No" to any of these questions, then
you have identified a potential project risk. If you are unsure, then there
is some probability that the associated risk can affect your project. You
can use our Condition Transition Consequence format to further refine the
risk you identified and defined.
