1. Are the development team's tools (i.e., storage utilities, computer processors, network servers) adequate relative to the size of  the project?

2. Can the development team realistically simulate how the product will function in the customer's environment?

3. Is the development team able to decompose the required  program into smaller, highly cohesive modules?

4. Are there enough development team members available relative to the size of the project?

5. Can the system be designed in a way so as to maximize speed and minimize storage space?
