Staff Size and Experience
 

The following questions are associated with the number of people involved in the project and their experience.

1. Is the staff trained to use the resources and materials provided?

2. Are there enough people to build the product within the estimated time?

3. Are there people available to replace any team members who may be taken off the project?

4. Does the staff have experience in creating well written, comprehensive project documentation?

5. Do the staff members work well with each other?
