'I. Files needed
   'a. GameDev-Install-1.3.2.ZIP (free at gamedev.sourceforge.net, or on cd)
   'b. PRS.zip (on cd)
'II. System requirements
   'a. 200mhz ,32mb ram, 12mb hard, sound card
   'b. video capable of displayig 16-bit in 640/480
   'c. at least DirectX 5
   'd. win9x or higher
   'e. some un-zipping program (free demo at www.winzip.com)
'III. Installation
    'a. unzip both files in seperate directories.
    'b. run setup from GameDev file (follow instructions it gives)
    'c. reboot if necessary
    'd. open prs directory and double click the paperRockscisors.gdp file
         this will open up the scroller dev program.
    'e. along the top of the tool bar there is a "create shortcut" icon click it
    'f. after designating where to place the icon double click the icon.
    'g. enjoy
