CIS 375 Final Project Write-Up
Spring '96

Your final document for your group project needs to contain the following information:

     Table of Contents
     Requirements Specification (DFD's, OOA docs, etc.)
     Design Document
       Procedural (eg. pseudocode or equivalent)
       Architecture (eg. structure chart or equivalent)
       User Interface (eg. screen layouts)
       Data (eg. ADT's, Data Dictionary, etc.)
     Source Code (with comments)
     Quality Assurance Plan
       Inspection of Work Products
       Black Box and White Box Testing
       Summary of Data Runs
     Lessons Learned

In addition, you are to grade each team member's participation (0=none to 5=great) on the project - including yourself. You are also to list the activities completed by each team member on the project.
