Help for the calendar screen.

Month - Select the month you want.

Year - Select each digit of the year you want. Years may be in the range
3999 BC to 3999 AD. Note that there is no year zero; the year 1 AD is
preceded by the year 1 BC.

Reset to Current - Resets the calendar to the current month and year.

The calendar will automatically redraw after you make a change.
